Our Shop
Located in Los Alamitos, CA , our shop is where all of our handcrafted bats are produced. A combined storefront, office and workshop, we are excited to join this community and be open to the public.

Our Process
At Glomar, we handcraft every bat. Whether you design a custom built bat or select one of our Sticks in Stock, you can be sure that our process is the same:

Select the right billet based on wood type, model, size and weight, with integrity checks at every phase to make sure the bat adheres to the highest standards.

CNC program the selected model and run the bat on our lathe. Apply our three step process for a smooth finish.

Remove the centers and install a cup based on the target weight and customer request.

Apply color and seal using our proprietary process.

Hand application of details including our logo and banding.

Apply multiple layers of topcoat with either gloss or matte finish.

Perform custom engraving using our laser engraving machine.

Pack and ship!

Remember, for maximum hardness, let the bat cure for at least 72 hours!
